Terms & Conditions
1. All surfaces that require tiling must be level, flat and straight prior to our team installing your tiles. Unless you require tiling for a wet room floor or an exterior area, as these require a gradual fall.
2. All areas and rooms that require tiling must be free of any furniture/ appliances. If items are left in a room, there will be a charge for removal.

3. We require some flexibility with timings, due to drying times and the natural duration of tiling. It can take a minimum of three hours for adhesive and grout to cure.

4. A booking fee is required to secure your chosen date and time in our diary. After a booking fee has been received it will secure your chosen date in our diaries.

5. Occasionally, we may have to make changes to your bookings, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. We will contact you by phone or email to rearrange.

6. All materials that are supplies by us must be paid for in advance. We expect payment between 3 to 7 days before the project start date.
​
7. If your project is expected to take more than one week, we will require weekly payments. You will receive a quote with a fixed price or estimate price and we will breakdown your cost at each stage.

​8. We offer a pay-as-you-go services for each stage of the project. Once we have completed certain tasks such as self-levelling, boarding walls or floor preparations, we expect the agreed payment upon completion.

9. If you require any add-ons or extras, we will add these onto the estimated invoice.

10. If you supply your own tiles for a project, you must take responsibility for the quality and finish of the tiles. If you run out of tiles and the project is short and we need to re-attend to complete the project, we will request payment of our invoice and there will be an extra charge to re-attend as this is not our responsibility.

11. The duration of a project may vary.

12. If you have booked us for a project and there are multiples trades on site. We request things to be ready on time for the agreed project start date. If for any reason we attend site and we are unable to start the project, a charge will be made for our attendance for the day.

13. If a client has other trades on site that prevents us from proceeding with our agreed work, we will contact the client via call or email to inform them that there are other trades people preventing us from starting the projects. This will result in a charge for the day.

14. Tile with Style cannot take any responsibility for any damage to any codes or items that are left in the property whilst our work is being carried out. All clients and customers must protect their own property. We will make our customers aware of any items that would need to be moved before we start. It is the customers responsibility to move items to prevent damage. We take no responsibility for any damage or loss.
"I am very pleased with my finished feature wall. Paul responded to my advert and arranged a visit to quote the job promptly. The quote was very reasonable and he clearly knew the difficulties he would have completing the project as brick slip installation can be tricky. He was able to show me previous work he completed and was passionate about completing a good job.
He was clear about what I needed to provide and what he would include in his quote.
The project took around 3 days to complete, during that time Paul and his apprentice Connor were very professional and a pleasure to have around. The work they have completed is excellent, the finish is far better than I imagined. I would highly recommend Tile with Style as the whole process has been brilliant!
